AIU Study Abroad Policies and Procedures
Refund Policy
There are no refunds or reductions of tuition and housing fees due to cancellation, withdrawal, absence or dismissal within 30 days of the start date of the term. All schedule changes, including dropping/adding classes must be done 3 days before the start of the term in order to qualify for a refund. There are no tuition refunds for dropping out of the program or dropping individual courses after arrival in London.
Cancellation Fees
If you are enrolled in the Paris or Florence programs, the following graduated cancellation fee scale will apply:
- 70 days or more prior to start of program: $250
- 50-69 days prior to start of program: $500
- 30-49 days prior to start of program: $750
- 8-29 days prior to start of program: $1,000
- 0-7 days prior to start of program: No Refund to Full Program Cost
